Dues Clearance Certificate (DCC)


Any individual, partnership firm, company can apply online for Dues Clearance Certificate. The existing Lessee & Dealers can also apply online for DCC in their console. Any new user can get oneself registered and then go ahead in applying for the same by uploading all the relevant documents. The validity of DCC is 6 months for Lessee & Dealers. The status of the application is communicated to the applicant through Email & SMS. All the decision taken by the Government officer are shown in the public domain.

Workflow for Dues Clearance Certificate

The applicant is required to fill up the online form and provide all the required information. The IT application software has a built in workflow as defined by the Government process where in it stepwise forwards the application to various approving authorities for verification and validation of the information provided.

The District Mining Officer receives the application and forwards it to the authorized Officer who sets a date for physical verification of all the submitted documents and records. On successful verification the Officer verifies the reports and forwards the application to the District Mining Officer for final approval of issue of DCC.
